NRIS FORMS Version 2.02 Installation Notes

Read the file ReadMe.TXT which was installed in the
directory with the Forms software.

1.   If you install Forms in a directory other than
     c:\Forms, be sure to reconfigure Forms under
     "Database Housekeeping", using the  "Configure
     Forms Application Disk Path" option.

2.   If heavily formatted continuation sheets are
     desired, use one of the Word Processing
     Continuation Templates which were installed in
     the Forms directory.

3.   Forms should be started using one of the two 
     icons installed for that purpose.  One is 
     placed on the desktop and the other in the NRIS
     Forms group accessible on the Start/Programs menu.

4.   If you receive a message about converting the database,
     then either Access97 is not installed on your computer
     or you did not follow step 3 above and a later 
     version of MSAccess (2000, XP, 2002, 2003) is trying
     to run Forms.
